L beam design

I have to design a 26ft hight building having double Tee slabs on top. I have design L beam on which double Tee slab will rest. Can i design L beams in RSA?

For RC beams you can design Rectangular, T-shaped, I-shaped and T-shaped beams with flanges positioned lower.
For Steel design you can choose from plenty of section databases.
