Default 2010 not reporting clashes properly

Has anyone had a problem with Manage 2010 not reporting obvious clashes between two models. The attached screen capture shows an .nwf file with a plumbing model (magenta) and a fire sprinkler model (red) with obvious collisions. Navis only reports the 1 collision shown in the image.

I originally found this problem in a full Arch, Struct and MEPF clash model. I then tried starting from scratch with just these two disciplines and got the same results, only 1 clash reported when there are obviously more.

Any ideas? The settings for the clash are posted in the other image attached. None of the other batches have this problem either.

The only thing that jumps out at me is that there is CAD-Pipe stuff involved. Did your NWC/NWD of the CAD-Pipe stuff come from a full version of CAD-Pipe or an object-enabled version of AutoCAD?

The plumber provides a .dwg exported from his ACAD with CAD-Pipe. I have done multiple buildings already with these .dwg files and have not had this problem yet but you are correct about the CAD-Pipe thing.

Best practice is to have the plumber export an .nwc from now on?

Actually, I've noticed the same thing. The odd bit is that it seems to have started only in the last two or three weeks. At first, I thought it had something to do with how I was exporting the NWC files from Revit, but I couldn't find any obvious faults. Perhaps this is some sort of devious scheme to get everyone to pony up for 2011?

Have there been any MS updates around that time period?

Anyone figure this out yet? We have issues intermitently. Recently it seems to be happening with the elec contractors file which is nwcout from Revit MEP. Vey disturbing!
