2011 - Serial Number?

Hi all,

From what I understand, Autodesk is not shipping a box and DVD with Revit 2011. If so, where do we get the serial number and product key?

Do we use the same information from Revit 2010?
Are they mailing it to us?
Is it on the Subscription Center?

You will only get a DVD if you request it.

Call your reseller to get the new serial numbers.

NOOOO!! Don't do that. That's what I did and now I can't register the license. Thank God I did ACA first. I had to contact Adesk to send out a new license for ACA, which I'm waiting for.

When I installed Revit, I went to the subscription center and got the info. Go to subscription center, log in. On the left, got to Contract Administration, then click on Coverage Report. There you will see your subscription membership number. Click on it and you will see your SN and product key for Revit.

You can also find this info when you login to the Sub Center. http://subscription.autodesk.com

As well as in the email Adesk sent out letting you know of the "upgrade".
