Default Labels that Refer to Nothing

My wish stems from the fact that I would like to put a text 'label' in a Titleblock Family that doesn't need to refer to a parameter (similar to attributes in blocks). I would like to create a label for it so that all of the formatting stays the same across all sheets. What I don't want is this information to be the same on every sheet. I want this to just be a generic label text box that holds no 'global' data. I cannot seem to figure out how to do this in the family editor. It seems that I need to create a shared parameter.

Please let me know if I am missing something. I'm also including a poll.

What you need is a Sheet "instance" parameter. I don't think its doable yet.

Drawing sheet parameters are doable. Use Settings | Project Parameters | Add.. and set check-mark for Drawing Sheets category. You also need to utilize shared parameter since you want appearance of your parameter to be controlled by a title block label.

I think that should do the trick. Let us know if I misunderstood your intent and things are not working out.
