Default Move and Rotate Component when placing Assembly Components

Summary: When placing an assembly constraint, I would like to be able to use the Move Component and Rotate Component commands while still in the Place Assemble Constraint.

Description: When placing an assembly constraint, I would like to be able to use the Move Component and Rotate Component commands while still in the Place Assemble Constraint.

How Used: As Inventor works now, if you are placing an assemble constraint and want to move or rotate the component, you have to close the assembly constraint dialog, move or rotate your item, then get back into the assembly constraint command.
