Unhappy Wide Lines in Title Block Family does not show in model

I have defined a title block with some of the frame lines as WIDE LINES.

The Object Override Line Width in the family is set to the same value as in the main model, but all the title block lines print as thin lines from the model...

    WHY ??
    How can I fix it?

Check your line weights for your wide lines.

in the project, check your Object Styles for title blocks. At one time the Wide and Thin pens were swtiched in the OOTB template.
