    Question SP, HotFix

    For Raster Design 2005, the following patches are available:

    Service Pack 1
    Hot Fix 1
    Hot Fix 2

    In what order should these be applied?

    Does SP1 include HF1 and HF2?

    Unless I'm blind, I didn't see any reference to this in the readme files.

    TIA

    As this is not specified in the documentation
    this suggests you install them in the order of
    their release.

    Hot Fix 1
    Hot Fix 2
    then
    Service Pack 1

    Hi

    I can't find any information or reference to Hot Fix 1 for Raster Design 2005 on the Autodesk web site.... probably me being blind.

    But the Readme file for Hot Fix 2 clearly states the following -

    <snip>
    Who Should Install the Update?
    This Update can be applied to locked and unlocked versions of Autodesk Raster Design 2005 SP1 of all languages, except Japanese, running on English-language and non-English-language operating systems. This update can only be applied to a Raster Design 2005 instance to which Service Pack 1 has been applied.
    </snip>

    Have a good one, Mike

    HOTFIX 1 = http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet...linkID=2476535

    Although the page doesn't call it HF1, the readme does refer to it in this way.

    You are correct about the reference to SP1 in the HF2 readme. And it was clear - I was just blind

    Good info, however I have given up.....SP is now off my system. I know there are some benefits to having SP, but I have too many software applications to spend time hunting down all the patches.
