When it comes to occupancy cost distributions, Square feet is the primal unit and the starting point. This trhead is more to know how you people out there are doing to manage the space inventory, and all occupancy related chargebacks. I would like to se about externat tenats and internal untis as well. Sapce measuremt stadards as IFMA and BOMA or others. The idea is to have a data gather among diferent practices and industries.
