Default Square Feet, the primal unit for almost every occupancy cost.

When it comes to occupancy cost distributions, Square feet is the primal unit and the starting point. This trhead is more to know how you people out there are doing to manage the space inventory, and all occupancy related chargebacks. I would like to se about externat tenats and internal untis as well. Sapce measuremt stadards as IFMA and BOMA or others. The idea is to have a data gather among diferent practices and industries. Lets get started!

Jose', looks like we're not getting a lot of foot traffic in here, sorry about that.

I think I've mentioned that my facility outsources our space management, so I don't really have an answer for you (always good to see you here, though!).

    Cheers!
