    Default PDF conversion to DXF

I need to convert PDF into DXF files. Any suggestions for a FREE 3rd party software that does this. These are pdf text documents that I am having a heck of a time getting into my drawing. AutoCAD 2005

If you have text, try looking for OCR programs that scan and convert scans into text.

If you're still in 32bit windows (which I assume you are with 2005), google for GSView, GhostScript and PStoEdit. With those 3 open source programs you can open a PDF & Edit --> Convert to Vector Format (select DXF).
