Embed column familes

I have a concrete column with 2 UC columns inside. I load a new structural column family as I want to be able to tag these columns as well.
The problem I have is that I don’t seem to be able to lock them properly to the Levels in the family.
When I load the column family into the project I can’t see the embed UC column families and I think it is due to that they are not locked properly to the levels.

I achieved something similar by starting with a lined based generic model family which I then set to a category of structural columns, I found it was easier to constrain once nested into the column family
