    Default Electrical Costing

AcadE has some powerful reporting tool and am wondering what is the best method of providing component costing for our projects. We design industrial control panels and costing would be a great help. Any information would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Default Re: Electrical Costing

    Hi,
If you have not applied your component costing to a report tool, you can add them to user defined attributes. if you look on the default_cat.mdb, there is three columns listed USER 1 - 3.
If looking under the report generator, user post, there is a dialog box that comes up named "Report Data Post - Processing Options" with this option: QTY + SUBQTY + USER1 unit cost = USER2 total.
