I would also like to see AutoCAD on Ubuntu Linux
Setting up notification, I forgot to check it last time.
I've been barking about wanting to see AutoCAD ported to Linux for quite some time now. (Just look at my sig)
Edit: I'm a fan of Kubuntu and Fedora (GNOME version)

I am using Ubuntu 7.10 right now, 64 bit, it would be nice to be able to run AutoCAD from there.
I use Fedora 8. I have tried other distributions, but have always come back to RedHat. It would be nice to see AutoCAD and other Autodesk products (Inventor?) available in Linux.
(I expect the moderators are hovering over this thread with acid, torches, and clubs, given the history of the subject)
I wouldn't mind seeing it for other OS's, but only if those users bear the substantial start-up costs, and the hours are not taken away from the current Windows development (there is still quite a bit of fixing and development to do there). I don't want to be funding the development of a program that we won't be using in the forseable future while sacrificing the upkeep of the one we do use.
