Hey gang, been a while. I survived my first Revit project, only about 20 lbs heavier and 10% more bald We left a lot of stuff in CAD though, including details and schedules. Now we're starting our second project and looking to improve. As we create schedules within Revit for our equipment, we're finding a snag that we don't know how to get past.
For a given schedule template - say, AC unit - beneath the schedule title we have a second row that kind of groups columns together in some cases. For example, "Location" would be a double-height cell in the title, but then "Flow," "Pressure Drop," and "Water Temperature" would all be grouped underneath a merged cell called "Water Side." (This is just a simplified explanation). The image in this link shows an example (this was just found via Google) - you can see that the first couple column titles are taller and then there are sub-titles over groups of columns beyond that.

Question is, how do you get those sub-titles in a Revit schedule? I can find images but no explanation of what to create or define to make them appear. We need to match our "company standards" which up until now have involved importing Excel into AutoCAD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! As always, thanks!
