CIVIL related question

Hi, I got civil topo file in autocad format. I exported to *.dwxf for brining into NavisWorks. The original dwg and dwxf files all look correct. But after I brought it into NavisWorks, the whole site tilted up 90 degrees. I have no clue how to fix this.
Any help?

DWF & DWG differ on the definition of 'up'. You will need to transform one file via File Units & Transforms on the context menu for a given model.

Thanks for replying. Which software should I transform via File Units & Transforms? Navisworks or Civil 3d or CAD?

Did not see that in Navisworks.

Select the "wrong" model in Navisworks and right-click. The transforms are on the context sensitive menu as Jeff said.
