Lock Level of Detail in Assembly Models.

Summary: Lock Level of Detail, when a new part is added, it will be supressed. When locking the LOD, allow a check box to Suppress or Not Supress added parts.

Description: I would like to be able to lock Level of details. Currently we can lock views, but not LOD.

How Used: I would lock LOD's that I don't want newly created parts to show up in. Currently when you have several LOD's and then you create a new part, you have to go back to each LOD and suppress/turn off the new part you created.

Bringing this to the year 2014 because it needs to be done. Very frustrating having a large assembly with several levels of detail, and having to constantly update them when adding/editing a different level of detail.
