Wall clean up
Why do some walls clean up without a line, and some don't? I originally thought it was because 2 different wall types were cleaning up. However, these two examples show a 4" stud wall with brick. The 6" interior wall cleans up, but the 4" interior wall doesn't.
What gives?

I figured it out.
The 3 1/2" layer had a "metal - stud layer" material on the studs.
The 51/2" and the brick wall have "wood - stud layer" material on the studs.
I never know that different materials would show the walls not cleaned up in plan. Very interesting.

Try "F1" once in a while...

Good for you !
But I´ll bet that your left mouse button dies long before the F1 key, from hitting "New Thread" at this forum.
I see that you have a lot of experience on the Augi forums, CAD maybe ?, never the less, you seem to be jumping the gun, and ask your questions here, before searching for similar threads, or even Googling the problem...
Like many others, I enjoy helping out with these kinda questions - But if you ever calls me names again... you´ll HAVE to learn how to use F1...

WOW you're right. 6 whole posts. What was I thinking??
So now do a search and see if my SPECIFIC question was answered already.
Just like my wall cleanup question. Your response had absolutely noting to do with my question.

Happens to the best of us. But yeah, different materials always show a line between them when joined. They kinda have to. Otherwise everyone would be screaming "why isn't there a line between these 2 different materials???"
