I would like to see an extra roof pitching option added to 'Rafter or Truss'.
Call it something like 'Eaves', and the pitching point would be where the side of the roof intersects with the top of the core boundary. (Refer attached image). The 'Rafter or Truss' property may have to be renamed to something like 'Pitching Point'. I think 'Rafter, Truss or Eaves' will be too long for the property box.
When we do industrial / commercial buildings, the height of the building's eave line is always measured to this point.
I find on every project I have to lower the roof using the 'Base Offset From Level' property.
