Default Published Coordinates not working. Please help

    Hi,
We are working with Revit 2009 & we have a project in which we have about 14 models/building (7 Architectural & 7 Structural) we have linked all of them in one site model file using shared Coordinate option. Now we have to revise some coordinates from one building, We have almost done the coordinates from the structural model, but some how we are not getting it for the architectural model. So we decided to use the "Publish Coordinate". We linked the architectural model in structural file & aligned it properly with reference to Grid lines. From tools option we used the publish coordinate option & saved the location. But when we relink that file it gives some error MSG like "shared location in the linked model is modified, but not saved back to the linked file. & if we save the location later, position of the linked file/model get off by some distance from the original location. Please help.
    Consider me a newbie.
