    Default 64 BIT EXPRESS TOOLS

I installed 64 bit 2011 MEP, but express isn't working. I am wondering if I have loaded a 32 bit version that's incompatible, or is this very unlikely? I installed what came with the 64 bit download.
If that's isn't the problem, can anyone give me a quick checklist (I'm suppose to be on vacation)....

    (1) What procedure did you use to install Express Tools, and (2) explain "what" isn't working? Is it simply not installed so no express tools are available, or is it available but simply not executing each program?

I installed it as a standalone. I don't have any other 64 bit installs, so I don't have a configuration to import. I set everything manually, which is why I was asking for a punchlist, to see if I missed something. When I brought Acad up, the express tools menu wasn't loaded, so I did that and rebooted. I copied the user's profile from 2009 in, and realized I just overwrote the pathing as I was selecting "set Current" (Doh!). Re-pathed, resaved the profile, and applied the changes. The Express Tools ribbon loads, and our shortcut keys are working, but if you select a command off the ribbon or the pulldown, it comes back as unknown command. I typically don't path to express tools, but I could add that....

Express Tools is an option in the install. You forgot to install it. Go to Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs and change the install to include the missing Express Tools.

The CUIX for Express Tools is installed regardless of if you installed the tools or not.
