How do I go about rotating my view so that it is perpendicular to the work plane? I am trying to create a panel that tips forward 5 degrees from the wall.

Set your work plane.
Go to a 3d view.
In the view menu, select "Orient" & submenu "By plane" & then "user defined".
The view will set perpendicular to your work plane.
I think you'll need to name the reference plane so that you can orient to it... check the Properties dialog box for the ref plane.
Thanks guys. That was just what I was hoping for.
By the way Wes, we had a great time in Vancouver. Thanks for the travel tips.
It's a lot easier in Revit, I think, to work in 3d.
Remember in Acad, when they would tell you to take your hand, holding your thumb pointing up, your index finger pointing out, and your middle finger pointing perpendicular to your palm, in order to figure out your ucs. That used to drive me nuts.
