    Default "Lock" a view?

I think I already know the answer (NO!) but....

Is there a way to lock down a 3D view and prevent someone from rotating or orbiting around in it? I've got a couple of 3D views set up - one with the systems and another with the systems and steel and I want to create some renderings of both and overlay them in Powerpoint and fade from one to the next. If I need to go back and redo the renderings I need the 3D views to be the same as before.

    Hey Matt,
    No on the lock.
What you can do is right click on the View Cube and Set Current View as Home.
This way you can click the house and your back to business.
Also I would Bury the view in a "DO NOT TOUCH" Sub-discipline or something alone that line.

if you right click on the nav cube thingy you can get an option to "set current view as home". do that once you get it looking how you like, and then after that you can rotate all you want and click the house icon above the nav cube to return to that view (home).
