    Default Guideline for FM documentation

    Hello,
in Germany exists a "DIN" collection of guidelines for Facility Management and the documentation of planning, building and using a building or facility.
Do you know any similar guidelines in UK, perhaps a British standard?
    Thanking you in anticipation, studi

Studi, there are a number of trains of thought on FM standards in the UK. Let me check up on this for you. Please email me at shaun.bryant@cadfmconsult.co.uk so that I have your full contact details. (Melanie - thanks for the heads-up) SB

Keeping economic stewardship in mind when making decisions regarding their work requires FM employees to provide timely service and quality work. Every FM employee is expected to perform their duties in a way that ensures customer satisfaction. There are four components to customer service: a positive attitude and image of FM, consistent communication, respectful and courteous treatment, and efficient and high-quality workmanship.
