Revit network license not found but Autocad does

I have a user that has 2010 and 2011 Revit Structure that has always been a network license and worked through last night. This morning they get the license not found message with either version. Autocad does find the license just fine. Other users are checking out network licenses without a problem. I have rebooted, done a clean uninstall and reinstall of Revit with same results. Any ideas out there as a fix?

It could also be license error 17. Have a look here and see if this helps.
