Question breaking multiple tab drawing into single tab drawings

    Hello:

Is there any automated way to break a multiple tab drawing into single tab drawings and also have the entities in model space that are not displayed in the paperspace viewports deleted?

Good question Steve, I've just spent the last six hours doing just the same.
If youdon't get an answer be sure to add this "wish" to the wish list.

File > Export Layout to Model

    -or-

Right click on the active layout > Export Layout to Model

    -or-

    EXPORTLAYOUT

You might try Jimmy Bergmark's layoutstodwgs.lsp. I've used it for a few years now to break out a set of plan sheets.

I'm not sure this will solve your problem, but you might try the EXPORTLAYOUT command.
