Default Beam / Framing Member origin

How do I get a beam / framing member to come in with the 'top of bottom flange' tied to the level? All it's seems to let my do is 'top' 'bottom' center' other' regardless of where I draw my family.

    Thanks.

Try setting the work plane to the Level you want the top of the beam to be placed on,
    before placing the beam.

I just tried that in a quick test project and it works.

    cheers
