    Default Autocad on win 2k

I am a bind, we upgraded to AutoCAD 2004lt this year from 2k. The 2k was not let, know I have client that requires us to run some lisp files and check drawings that way. When I try to load acad 2000 back on my system I get a message stating “c:\winnt\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows Applications. Chose close or ignore.” This happens during the install of the program.

Is there a fix or away around this error?

I'd try uninstalling 2004LT. Then install 2000 and 2004LT in that order.
