Structural Families Tutorials

I thought this might be a good thread to start, in a way to get info and locations for tute's all in the one spot. It would be great if people posted links to useful tutorials for this purpose and we can all use that as a resource.

I'm looking for some (free!) tutorials on creating parametric families, specifically using nesting, and also complex families.

If anyone can point me in the direction of some that would be great.
I found a good one here but it's for an architectural louvre family, although the technique can be used for other purposes it didn't quite help me get what I needed done.

The number one item to have for any Revit formulas IMO is "Fuzzy Math Essentials for Revit® Family Builders" from AU 2008 by David Baldacchino

Thought about posting it, but it really should only be downloaded from the original source on the AU website here ->http://au.autodesk.com/?nd=class&session_id=2947

Anyone can register and access datasets and handouts for all previous AU classes but Fuzzy Math Essentials is a must have
