    Default Nested block grips

I'm new to dynamic blocks so the answer might be in my face. But I created a semi complex block of a chair. Now I want to put that chair in other blocks (with tables, stools, etc.) I've noticed when I insert the chair into the other block, I have the grip controls in the block, but when I test the block (in 2010) I lose the individual chair grips. Is there a way to turn the nested grips on, as well as the host's grips?

    No.

What DB nesting is good for is saving repetative assemblies. (like furniture groups) once inserted and exploded, the components themselves can modified as required.

As for the "new" part, start HERE!!
Sometimes, i get lost in my own thoughts and need to ask directions to find my way back.
