Summary: More efficient way of reordering point groups display.

Description: I would like to switch point groups faster.

How Used: Instead of going to Point Groups>right-click and properties to change point group display, why not be able to just click and drag in Prospector. Better yet, right-click the point group and have a move to top option in the shortcut menu.
