Description: Create a snapshot of Point Group order and settings

How Used: This could be used much the same way as Layer States Manager works with Layers. This would be a useful feature when using Point Groups to modify the display of points & labels in layouts as it would then simplify the process to revert to a previous Point Group state that may have been in place when a plot was made & sent to the client - so you can reproduce the layout exactly.
