This seems to be an issue with OS. When I inserted a PDF in 32bit, only frame of PDF was showing. I saved that drawing file and opened in 64bit. Then the PDF was showing.

If it is useful for anyone: with AutoCAD 2018, it showed the contents (and not only the frame) until I disabled Hardware Acceleration (Options-->System-->Graphics Performance-->Hardware Acceleration), after reading this post. Of course I'll need to find a more permanent solution, but right now I'm able to see the PDF's.
An here's my more permanent solution: I had the NVIDIA driver for windows (because last time I used Autodesk's driver and the Auto-Rotation feature for my 32" display never worked; I installed this driver and then worked). Now I reinstalled the Graphic Card's driver, but -fotunately- I only use Autodesk certified Graphic Cards, so now I downloaded and installed the driver from Autodesk () and now I can see my PDF's with Hardware Acceleration on. Thanks!
