Re-Associate Grid/Section Extents to Crop Region

Can I re-associate grid and section heads to an elevation crop region if they have already been manually managed? I would like to make it standard to not manually adjust these per view because in the long run it takes more time to manage new views, new sections, and or grids that appear as the project progresses. Most of my views currently have not been manually managed and symbols are adjusting with the crop region. I would like to return the views that have been modified back to default.

Ontop of this question, is there a project setting to adjust the amount of grid extension beyond the crop region? The grid heads are extending themselves a bit to far for our liking.

Sorry, that's a no and no. I don't think I'd want to have a way to reset bubble positions that were manually adjusted, seems like it would accidently create a bunch of rework. It would be very nice though to have a setting for the default distance. Its automatically one inch outside the crop region which is just a little too far out.
