Australian rebar database missing

When I use extensions to define reinforcement for concrete the necessary bar database for Australia - AS3600 - is not available in the extensions manager under regional settings. If I use Structural Detailing the necessary database is present.

This presents a problem as I can't use the extension to insert reinforcement then export to Structural Detailing.

Does anyone know how I can add the bar_as3600.xml database used by Structural Detailing to the list available in Revit Extensions?
