Default default path for circuit builder

How do you changed the default file path for circuit builder when you save your custom symbol mine is C:\program files\acade2010\libs\jic125, and I cannot change it even when I go into the .env file and change the *WD_WBLOCKDLG, to a new path. Anybody know what I am doing wrong here?

Circuit Builder can be set up to insert other circuit types besides motor control, circuit types, and defaults for each option within a circuit...if you have more information about this then please tell me...
