Sheet Set Manager can't open Sheet Set File

I have created a sheet set and the sheet set manager opens it OK for me.

I saved the sheet set file on the server where our drawing files are also located.

When my co-worker tried to open the sheet set he sees it listed but the sheet set manager doesn't open it. No sheets are visible for him.

Does anyone have any ideas why?

Have you added the plan sheets to your .DST by using right+click > Import Layout as sheet... ?

Yes, it all works as it should from my computer. It doesn't work from my co-worker's computer. The dst file is on a server we both access.

Please post a sample picture of what you and your coworker see when SSM is open to the same .DST file.

Are you opening the .DST via SSM, or is it automatically being opened when you open a drawing from that directory?

are you both using the same pathing to get to the networked drawings and sheet set file? e.g P:\work\projectnumber\ ; or are you using different drive letters, or mixing drive letters and unc names?
