Sheet Set Manager can't open Sheet Set File

Thanks for your replies.

I added the plan sheets to my .DST by using right+click > Import Layout as sheet... ?

We are opening the .DST via SSM.

I think that covers previous unanswered questions.

When he tries opening the .DST file in the Sheet Set Manager palette there is no error message, the SSM just shows no sheets (nothing happens) when he selects the .DST file to open.

I'm just going to throw this out there, and see if the 'noodle' sticks....

Can you please confirm that the coworker who cannot see the sheets added to the .DST is in fact viewing the Sheet List Tab (instead of the Model Views Tab) within the Sheet Set Manager palette...?

Try having your coworker opening the .dwg of the "plan sheet" that is tied to the sheet set .dst file.

Sometimes I have to a) open the .dst file or b) when that doesn't work open a .dwg file attached to the .dst

We opened a drawing that is part of the sheet set and then tried the sheet set manager. It still doesn't work.

Can your co-worker open any sheet set?
Can he/she create a new sheet set (.dst file) and add layouts to it?
Are there any other palettes such as the layer palette, Design Center, Properties, Tool Palettes, etc. that are not working properly either?

He cannot open any sheet set.

He cannot create a sheet set.

He is not having trouble with other pallettes

Well, in that case it sounds like a repair or re - installation is in order
