    Question 3d views - sections

    Hey gentlemen,

I've constructed a chamber in 3d as shown in the attached pic. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to 'trace' elevations for a 2-d presentation. reason for 2-d views is that I still need to show reinforcement in elevations which is to much detail for 3-d.

So..my goal is to switch to a front view, side, back ect...of this chamber and trace over the relevant 3-d lines for an acurate depiction of what's going on in each elevation. Since elements of this 3-d object are not is the same plane it is making things very difficult.

    Suggestions are appreciated.

    Thank you!

Change the UCS to match the face of each side of the enclosure. If I understand your question.
