Default HP DesignJet 1055 Plots are offset / off center

I am having trouble with my plotter calibration..

We plot from AutoCAD and everything appears fine in preview, but when the plots come out they are always offset on the X-axis by -5mm

I've tried calibrating and looking through the config menus, but I can't find anything in the printer where I can set an offset.

I tried the AutoCAD "Plotter Calibration" also, but this only controls scaling and not the X/Y-axis as far as I can tell.

    Any help appreciated.

Some info: It does plot OK if I set an offset in AutoCAD of -5mm for X, but this is not an ideal fix, as you have to set it everytime, and I have 10 or so users who I cannot rely on to set this variable for every single sheet setup.
--I tried a line sensor calibration and a roller mark position calibration.

Actually, that is what the offset is for....then you save a PC3 file with that setting so you don't forget what the settings are...

Plot offset is a change you make in page setup (lower left area of page/plot setup) though and not plot config, at least I did not see an option to save it to a PC3?

    Sorry....save Page Setup...which is the PC3 file...

Ours has the offsets for each size of print already saved.....to bad they are out of whack as our IT guys changed printer paths on us...and those that know how to fix them use Revit now...

I suspect this is a printer driver or firmware problem... you may want to reinstall the printer on your local machines or if it's on a server, reinstall on the server and check to see if there is new firmware for your machine.

the other issue could be your pc3 file or the .pmp file
