Looking to get rid of co-planer lines within some blocks being inserted into LT 2008 & 2010. Flatten command does not appear to be working on these workstations. How do I go about loading up express tools?

AFAIK - there is no Express Tools for LT and no way to load them even if you had the files.

What is the best way to remove any non coplaner lines to get everything back to the same plane ie. Z = 0
Try this command sequence:
Code:Command: MOVE Select objects: All (or select the objects) Specify base point or [Displacement] <Displacement>: 0,0,0 Specify second point or <use first point as displacement>: 0,0,1E99 Command: MOVE Select objects: P Specify base point or [Displacement] <Displacement>: 0,0,0 Specify second point or <use first point as displacement>: 0,0,-1E99

If you want literally to REMOVE all objects that are not in the xy plane switch to a side, front or rear view and select and delete them. Could depend on the amount by which they are not coplanar with the remainder.
