Printscreen. Press the key PrtScn usually next to F12.

The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard, then you can paste it to any image-editing software you have.

    or

Render an image with an override material showing only wireframes.

    Making a Wireframe Render

    1. On a Standard material, Check the Wire option. Rename the material to "Wireframe" (optional) see Image 01.
    2. Open Render Setup dialog. shortcut is usually F10. Enable MentalRay Renderer in the "Common" -->Assign Renderer Group.
    3. On the "Processing tab, enable Material Override then
Drag the Wireframe material we created in Step 1, to the material slot in Material override. see Image 02
    5. Render

Making a Shaded Wireframe/Hidden Line Render

    1. Create a Generic Promaterial in another slot. Set color to White, remove any reflections, and enable Ambient Occlusion. see Image 03
    2. Click the material type button "ProMaterials:Generic" and change it to Composite, rename to
    "CompositeWireframe"
3.You will be asked if you want to keep the old material as sub-material. Click "Yes".
    4. The Promaterial:Generic with Ambient Occlusion enabled is now the base material. see Image 04
    5. Drag the Wireframe material to the Mat.1 slot in the Composite material.
    6. Same as step 2 in making a Wireframe Render, drag the CompositeWireframe material to the material override slot of the RenderSetup dialog, Processing tab.
    7. Render
