Default Plastic hinge definition for Push-Over in ROBOT

Does anyone have any documentation on the definition of plastic hinges in Robot Structural Analysis for both steel and concrete for the requirements of EuroCode 8 (Seismic analysis)? Or any examples?

    Thank you

Robot uses a different method (i think the ATC method) rather than the N2 that EC8 has adopted so it's not suitable for use in Europe.
As for documentation other than those in robot manual there is none.
