How to corperate with other files thru the site plan...
How to cooperate with other files thru the site plan...
For instance , I am a site designer who have already design the accurate buliding pad areas and corridors sketch line ...
And I wanna export my achievement to another revit files to finish the detail building design....
but how could the successor start work link to my sketch line altitude..
in case I may change the site plan or the foundation sometime later....
cuz I find that you can't not read or snap the link objects data in the revit project..
what I have try to figure out this is create the building pad and property line in the site plan then link it to another project..
And I use the in-place mass line to sketch or snap 3d points on link object' surface which I have created in site plan ...
But I not sure if there still other correct ways to solve this problems...
I also find that I couldn't see the sketch image which I have created before no matter I set the building pad transparent or not...
It really trouble me cuz I wanna create the building pad following what i have draw on the project sketch image..
