We are having a problem importing Acad hatch patterns into our style library.
1. Open idw template, making sure ipj is set to Library = Yes
2. Open Style Editor, select Style standard to edit, go to materials, select material for which to change hatch pattern, select drop down button, select "other" and navigate to .pat file you have put in Inventor's path.
3. Select desired hatch pattern to associate material with.
4. Save changes to Style.
5. Update template style to ensure it now matches updated style library.

Doing this, Inventor, will always throw a "Style Library" mis-match error (see attached) when attempting to create a new idw from the template. I have tried numerous combinations of saving to style library, updating, etc, etc. but this will not go away.
However, if I simply load the hatch pattern in the template without assigning it to a specific material in the style library, this behaviour ceases, but then I have to manually assign the new desired hatch pattern in my section views one-by-one. The template makes the hatch pattern available, but will not let me associate it with a specific material.
Any clues out there as to why this may be happening?
Thanks!
