I am using the Layer States Manager in my AutoCAD templates to help configure design features within drawing sets. This works great for AutoCAD drafters but falls over when our sales people use TrueView becuase of the deletion of 1 checkbox.
In AutoCAD there is a checkbox in the "Restore options" labelled "Turn off layers not found in layer state". Becuase this checkbox is not present in TrueView it means that when you select Layer States it automatically turns off any layers that aren't listed which screws up the rest of the drawing.
This means that you need to have AutoCAD running rather than a free program.
Does anybody else use the Layer States Manager and have the same issue?
It would be a nice feature to have added to TrueView the next time Autodesk release it.
