Keyboard Shortcuts for Spline Line

I'm making a lot of splines in my project, running 2011 MEP and i set up the shortcut and it just wont work. Some of the shortcut i set it to is the same as another existing shortcut so ill delete the default one and it still wont work! Any ideas? Thanks.

This isn't really any help but I tried and had the same result. It didn't seem to matter what the keyin was assigned to spline (def. not a duplicate) it would never work. Strange.

It is helpful in knowing that I'm not alone in this crazy Revit world! haha
