Moment placement

I am working on a project where I am needing to add a bending force at a specific location on an object. I'll try to post an attachment, but if it is unreadable, here is a verbal description of what I'm trying to do. The part is basically an i-beam - assume the "I" shape is in the XY plane with the depth of the beam going along the z-axis. I need to place a moment at the midpoint of the bottom leg of the "I" rotating out of the page toward you - basically I'm trying to curl the bottom of the "I" up toward the top - so the moment in this case would be in the YZ plane rotating around the x-axis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Another thing - if there is a good book out there that covers the different Inventor simulations and design accelerators, I haven't found it. Any suggestions to this end would be greatly appreciated.
