Lisp integration with Autodesk products

Has anyone ever programmed in Lisp, within Autocad Mechanical, Autocad electrical, Autocad architecture...
I would love to talk to someone who has had to make this integration.

there's no much extra than plain autocad. I'm using mechanical. There's no aid to manipulate the specific object. so to find what you can do, just do a dump of the object you want to modify...to see its properties and methods.
I'm still looking for a way to modify the content of a AmdtNote.
