Default how do you transfer styles?

i have Civil 3d 2009 and have been customizing the styles (surfaces, grading, etc) and would like to be able to transfer all that work to another computer. I can't find an export option or where the styles types are filed. Can anyone tell me how this is done?

All the styles are stored in the drawing. Just copy the drawing to the other computer. Most people create a template file (*.dwt) and share that on a network. Using that for creating new drawings.

In 2012 version one can find the Insert panel of the Ribbon. It's on the far right side.
