Default Object ARX files in ADT 2005

I have a handful of ARX files that my office has used in ADT 3.3. I am currently upgrading the office to ADT 2005 but cannot load the ARX files. I get the message that the file is incompatible with ADT. Do I need to get the MS download to view the files or is there something similar to the Autolisp Migration tool that I could use?

ARX files for versions prior to AutoCAD 2004 would need to be recompiled for the latest versions. You cannot simply use old ARX files in newer versions of AutoCAD. Recompiling the ARX means you need access to the source code, which I bet you don't have.
