I have a question on how to make this situation in Revit Architecture?

May be i didn't elaborate the problem in a good way.
What i want is to know how to make a wall to end with a quarter of a circle, not a right angle cut, like what you see in the drawing which was drawn in Autocad, obviously because i'm asking how to do it in Revit

Will this be a feature in the window family? or there is another way? and if it's a feature in the family, so how?

You are on the right track. The jamb and probably the center post should be defined as part of your window family. You'll need to modify the void family in your window to suit the profile you are after.

I figured out something else, i made a half circle architectural column family and positioned it where it should be then constrained it to the wall, because i couldn't figure out how to make the opening of the window to cut the wall in plan as illustrated above.
